◆ The reaction temperature is 50 ℃, and the conversion rate of raw materials is ≥90%.
◆ Imported metering pumps are used for raw material transportation, which ensures stable operation and accurate metering.
◆ The control system is operated by microcomputer touch keys. With automatic temperature closed-loop control, over-temperature and under-voltage automatic alarm shutdown and other safety control functions, it can display the reaction temperature and other parameters in a timely manner.
◆ The equipment automatically controls the operation, and the corresponding control elements are added to realize the linked operation with the constant pressure water supply system.
