Detailed description:

I. Use

The central drive mud scraper is suitable for the radial sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plant. Its main function is to scrape the sludge settled on the bottom of the pond to the sludge pit, so that the sludge can be refluxed or concentrated for dehydration. If necessary, a slag scraping mechanism can be set on the pool surface to collect scum on the surface of the pool and discharge it out of the pool through the scum funnel.

Third, characteristics

1. The working bridge adopts a truss structure, which is simple, beautiful and lightweight.
2. Simple and convenient maintenance and low running cost.

3. Multiple choices of transmission reducer: Directly driven by three-stage cycloid reducer, simple and compact structure, convenient maintenance; combined drive of reducer, transmission gear, and slewing bearing can obtain great driving torque, suitable for heavy load occasion.

4. The electrical components are outdoor, safe and reliable, and can be controlled randomly and remotely.

5. The device can be manufactured in user-specific sizes. Parts in contact with water can be made of stainless steel.

Fourth, the structure and engineering process

The central drive mud scraper can be divided into a central drive suspension type scraper and a central drive vertical rack type scraper according to the structure. The central drive hanging mud scraper is mainly used for pools with a diameter of less than 20m, and the central drive hanging mud scraper is mainly used for pools with a diameter of more than 15m.

The central drive suspension type scraper is composed of the main parts such as a working bridge, a driving device, a transmission shaft, a scraper arm and a scraper, a cable, an underwater bearing, a bucket stirring paddle, a flow stabilizer and an electric control cabinet. According to the actual situation and user requirements, we can also provide accessories such as weir plate, skimmer mechanism, slag block and slag hopper. Refer to Figure 1 for the outline drawing of the equipment.

When the central drive suspension type scraper is running, the drive shaft is driven by the driving device installed on the working bridge. When the drive shaft rotates, the scraper arms on both sides are rotated around the central axis of the pool. A group of scraper plates installed on the scraper arm During the rotation with the scraping arm, the sludge settled on the bottom of the pond is scraped toward the central mud pit of the pond. At the same time, the scum on the liquid surface (if any) is concentrated in the tapered area formed by the slag scraper and the surrounding slag scraper, and is picked up by the scum scraper to the slag collecting bucket and discharged out of the pool.

The central drive vertical mud scraper is stirred by a working bridge (usually a half bridge), a driving device (usually a combination of a reducer, a transmission gear, and a slewing bearing), a rotating vertical rack, a scraper arm and a scraper, a cable, and a bucket. It consists of main parts such as paddle, ballast and electric control cabinet. According to the actual situation and user requirements, we can also provide accessories such as weir plate, skimmer mechanism, slag block and slag hopper. Refer to Figure 2 for the outline drawing of the equipment.

When the central transmission vertical-type mud scraper is running, the drive system installed on the working bridge drives the vertical pendant suspended below to rotate, thereby driving the scraper arms and scrapers on both sides to run clockwise, which will deposit the sediment on the bottom of the pond. The sludge is scraped towards the central sludge pit and discharged out of the sedimentation tank through a sludge pipe. At the same time, the scum on the liquid surface (if any) is concentrated in the tapered area formed by the slag scraper and the surrounding slag scraper, and is picked up by the scum scraper to the slag collecting bucket and discharged out of the pool.
